Found by accident on way into Fishguard. Great vistas over harbour, inlet, out to sea and along coast. Information board in carpark detailing it's purpose. Canons still displayed. Link to coastal path. Even saw dolphin in distance by harbour wall! Good for historians, families and those wanting a nice coastal view.
